Peer observation of teaching among upper secondary efl teachers: Challenges and solutions

Tóm tắt: The present study is an attempt to identify challenges that upper secondary EFL teachers faced in conducting POT. There are recommended solutions implied from possible causes of challenges as well as teachers’ suggestions for considerable improvement in the practice of POT with comprehensive feedback.
